I hope you are doing great! But I know that sometimes we have some days when we feel off, right? Days where our sky is gray and our energy levels are kind of “below 0”. 🙃
I know. I have my “gray days” as well. However, I have something precious to help me with that, and if you are following this, you already know it: ballroom dancing, of course! 💃🕺
Dancing can really improve your mood. You don’t have to take my word for it. Just go and ask anyone that dances. You could let your body go and fly with a graceful Waltz. Or maybe add some drama with Tango. Or even jumping and kicking around with some Swing. And you don’t have to choose only one. You can dance all of that and even more! 🎼🤩
I think the most important thing to do on those gray days is just do something that speaks to your soul.
I like to call the lessons on these days “dancing days.” You are not focusing too much on the details, deep technique, or some crazy new step. You just have to dance (and let it go)! ⛄😅
I never saw anyone feeling worse by the end of a lesson than at the beginning (maybe I should knock on wood now - 😂). Improving our mood makes our lives better because we change the filter we judge everything around us.
Keep your good mood ON by dancing lots. And during the “grays days,” dance even more! 💃🕺
