I did not want to share only my thoughts. So I started talking to people and asking around. What were their experiences and their feelings about ballroom dancing?
And I had lots of great conversations! (And some extra things for you here 😊)
It was awesome to hear them sharing different points of view and such deep experiences!
With all that in my hands, I organized the Benefits of Ballroom Dancing into two categories:
Physical Benefits
More than Physical Benefits
In each one, I tried to explain a little bit about how you can get that benefit from ballroom dancing and how that experience can give you more ways to experience the world you live in.
This project came to life during the COVID-19 years, and you will probably find some reference to those days there. I hope those days stay in the past, but they will always remember how important is to live ours now!
And this is list is not set in stone. It will always change and evolve.
